The world is full of color. It is an amazing aspect of our visual world that is often completely overlooked. It is always interesting for me to see the use of color while traveling all over the world and seeing how other cultures celebrate it.
This photo was taken in Burano, Itlay. It’s a tiny island right next to Venice and it is one of the most colorful places that I have been to. How can you not be happy living here?
In my life I am a sucker for red. It is accented everywhere in my life. It is such a gorgeous, vibrant color and it feels good to have it around me. I even have a Pinterest board dedicated to it!
There a couple of things that came together in this coming week that just seemed to shout “Color Week!” So I have decided to go with it. Every regular post this week as well as the Photo of the Day will celebrate color. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did putting it together.
